1. Introduction

By submitting a quote request, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Fast Movers Dubai provides the following services in Dubai and across the UAE:

• Residential villa and apartment moving
• Office and commercial relocation
• Short-term and long-term storage
• International moving and export packing
• Handyman and furniture assembly services
• Interior and exterior painting
• Packing and unpacking services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotes provided by Fast Movers Dubai are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was quoted — for example, more items than described, access difficulties, or additional floors.

We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with the move. We do not charge hidden fees — any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team. Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure all items to be moved are disclosed at the time of quotation
• Remove or disclose any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items in advance
• Ensure access to both the origin and destination properties at the agreed time
• Not include prohibited items (explosives, illegal substances, live animals, etc.) in any move
• Ensure that any parking or building access permits required are obtained in advance

6. Liability and Insurance

Fast Movers Dubai takes care in handling all belongings. However, our liability is limited to damage caused directly by our negligence during the move. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
• Items not disclosed at quotation
• Damage caused by items packed by the customer
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, building access, etc.)
• Cash, jewellery, documents, or items of irreplaceable sentimental value

We strongly recommend that customers obtain separate moving insurance for high-value items. Please ask our team for advice on this before your move date.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancelling or rescheduling your move.

8. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept cash and bank transfer. For large moves, a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Full payment is typically due on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your move at info@fastmoversdubai.com or call +971 50 648 1320. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
